HE HELD SEVEN STARS IN HIS RIGHT HAND
There are three spatial dimensions in the physical world: height, width, and depth. Each with two endpoints, marking above and below, left and right, and front and behind. The center is where the three axes merge to form the seventh point, creating seven stars.
The right hand is the function of the left brain, which is primarily analytical and orderly. To hold something means to grasp it; that is to say, one holding the seven stars in his right hand has the eyes to see from six various points of view, perceiving the world in terms of pair of opposites.
A SHARP TWO-EDGED SWORD CAME OUT OF HIS MOUTH
Those with seven stars in their right hand have oriented themselves in the center, holding the tension of the opposites. Thus, the two-edged sword coming out of the mouth represents spoken words that understand both sides of the argument, not a one-sided perspective.
